Create Student Portfolios
OBJECTIVE
Before embarking on the Pointe Coupée Parish History text and website resources, the teachers and students will work together on the organization and guidelines for the student portfolios, in preparation for building the portfolios with their materials.
ACTIVITY
Create a course portfolio for each student where all activities, projects, quizzes, and surveys can be included. Students should personalize their portfolios by designing their own, reflecting their unique sense in creativity and originality. Describe the use of the portfolios and how they are to be organized. Each student should personalize their portfolio cover and compose an introductory page describing what will be in their portfolio. (See Portfolio Assessment Guidelines for further detail)
